Yoga for Special Events
We come to you! Yoga Reset will organize a yoga class unique to your event. Yoga is a great way to involve people of all ages – children, teens, and adults – in a fun and healthy group event. Maybe you want to do something special for a loved one on their birthday. Plan a pre-game prep for your sports team to help get everyone loosened up & their minds focused before a tournament. Or maybe you’ve been looking for an opportunity to start a yoga practice with friends, family, or co-workers. We can design a yoga class to reflect your group’s needs, goals, and preferences. 
 
We can work with any of the following styles, or combine them all:
  • Vinyasa Flow (physical postures)
  • Restorative – a more calming practice that focuses on aligning the breath with deep stretching. 
  • Introduction to breathing and/or meditation

Yoga In Your Building

Yoga Reset provides on-site yoga classes to residents of multi-unit residential buildings, nursing homes, and to local organizations or groups in the Greater Seattle area interested in offering an ongoing yoga program. Each program is customized for an individual group or organization. Imagine hopping in the elevator and arriving at yoga class only 2 minutes after leaving home.  Sunrise, morning, or evening yoga just steps from your residence – an incredibly convenient way to begin or further your yoga practice without the time and frustration of traveling to class.  Classes are typically held 2-4 times per week in a comfortable community space within the building. Weather permitting, we also provide the option to hold classes on your rooftop deck or at local parks.

 

We believe Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Yoga increases strength and flexibility while calming the mind through gentle postures and breathing techniques. Yoga Outside

Take your practice outdoors! Within the confines of walls, we do our best to create an ambience of soft lights and pleasant sounds, and even an aromatic experience. But striking a mood is just an attempt to evoke a natural setting—the great outdoors. Why settle for a replica when you can have the real thing? Taking your yoga outdoors can be just what you need to invigorate your team and move employees out of a stale indoor routine, especially after the winter months spent inside.

 

Outdoor classes add a different dimension to one’s practice, breathing fresh air, soaking up sunlight, and heightening your senses. Yoga means ‘union,’ and when it’s practiced outdoors the union with nature, mind, & body are all truly felt.
